I am a Tennessee State Boardālicensed and insured Master Aesthetician and Master Instructor. I completed my advanced aesthetics training at Tennessee Career Institution, graduating at the top of my class and receiving the Perseverance Award. With more than 4,700 hours of education and numerous professional certifications, I have been practicing in the aesthetics field for over 18 years. In addition to providing client services, I also certify newly graduated estheticians, cosmetologists, and RNs in advanced aesthetic treatments with one-on-one training, helping them strengthen their skills and confidence as they enter the industry. I specialize in dermaplaning, body waxing, microdermabrasion, lash lifts, HydraFacials, and many other aesthetic services. I am deeply passionate about my work and fully committed to excellence and exceptional client care. Appointments All services are "By Appointment Only". Appointments are booked online by clicking the "Book Now" button. Appointments are booked no less an 1 hour in advance. You'll need a credit/debit card to reserve your appointment. Your card on file will not be charged when booking the appointment online, only during the end of service and I am able to useother forms of method of payment. Appointment Confirmation As a courtesy, I make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. You will receive an email and text message if i have your correct information on file. I confirm in advance as a courtesy because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform me if your contact information has changed. Running Late? ALL clients are given a 15 minute grace period. All clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 Late Fee, which is added to your appointment. Clients 20 minutes or more late will not be seen and you will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee using the card on file. Clients may reschedule no less than 2 hours in advance. ā Cancellations/No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged as well, both charged using the card on file. ā Refunds No Refunds on services. All sales are final! ā Payment Cash, Visa, MasterCard, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal ā Children, Guests, and Pets While I enjoy meeting your family and friends, I have limited space. I ask that you have guests visit one of the area restaurants, retailers, or simply come back at the end of your service. I absolutely adore children, but I simply DO NOT offer any services for those under the age of 12. Service animals allowed.
